NETSTARS Provides “StarPay” Payment Solution to “YOSHINOYA”,
Adding Prepayment Function to Takeout Reservations
NETSTARS Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Tsuyoshi Ri; hereinafter, “NETSTARS”) will provide its multi-cashless payment solution “StarPay” to the takeout smartphone reservation service of “YOSHINOYA”, operated by YOSHINOYA Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director and President: Yasutaka Kawamura), commencing on January 16 (Thursday), 2025.
By incorporating prepayment into the takeout smartphone reservation service, which previously handled reservations only, customers will now be able to both reserve and pay for takeout products through the YOSHINOYA website or official YOSHINOYA LINE account. Payment will be possible via various code payment services, or by credit card. With payment already completed at the time of ordering, customer collection of takeout products at YOSHINOYA restaurants will be a smoother process.
Through the provision of payment solutions and DX (digital transformation) solutions, NETSTARS will contribute to providing YOSHINOYA’s core values of “Tasty, affordable, and fast”, integrating into the daily lives of its customers. NETSTARS offers various DX solutions aimed at labor-saving and optimization of store management operations, such as self-ordering and self-register systems, as well as cashless payments including various domestic and overseas code payment services. NETSTARS can provide coordination with existing systems, in addition to flexible system implementation and application tailored to business format or contents of operations. Going forward, NETSTARS will continue to realize labor-saving and optimization of store management through various DX solutions alongside payment services.
