(headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director and President: Tsuyoshi Ri; hereinafter “NETSTARS”) has launched full-scale provision of StarPay-Order, a mobile ordering/self-ordering system available for zero initial fees to storefronts, primarily focused on restaurants.With StarPay-Order, businesses can not only accept orders from visitors to their locations, but also handle their payment, mainly through QR code payments.It can also be used for completely unattended sales without any meal vouchers.
We support businesses through digital transformation (DX) toward cashless and contactless measures, areas urgently needed amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
StarPay-Order allows restaurateurs and others to choose a plan that best suits their needs.

Mobile Ordering
Users post a QR code within their establishment, potentially including at each dining table.When the customer reads the QR code with their own smartphone, the menu will be displayed.After placing an order, payment is made on the spot.Once paid, the order details are printed as a meal voucher by a specialized printer.Users may also use our Kitchen Display System (KDS) tablet app for order confirmation.
* Payment supported via PayPay, LINE Pay, Merpay, and Alipay
* A monthly fee of 5,500 yen (tax included), fees per payment transaction, and the purchase of a printer are required.
Self-Ordering (Kiosk)
A dedicated kiosk terminal is installed in the store.The customer selects their desired menu items without human assistance, and holds their own smartphone over the terminal’s reader to make payment.The terminal prints the order details as a meal voucher.Users may use our Kitchen Display System (KS) tablet app to check orders away from the point of sale.
* Kiosks support payment via PayPay, au Pay, LINE Pay, Merpay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and others.
* A monthly fee of 5,500 yen (tax included), fees per payment transaction, and the purchase of a kiosk terminal are required.
Usage requires application to use the preferred payment service(s).
In addition, a dedicated management screen is available for managing the products sold.
