StarPay Connects to Stripe’s In-Store Payment Device “Stripe Terminal”
Supporting In-Store QR Code Payment via PayPay
NETSTARS Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO : Tsuyoshi Ri; hereinafter, “NETSTARS”) will connect its multi-cashless payment solution “StarPay” to Stripe Terminal, provided by the business-oriented financial infrastructure platform Stripe, in support of coordination with Japan’s biggest code payment service PayPay, which boasts 70 million registered users.
NETSTARS has been supporting coordination between Stripe and PayPay online payments since April 2025. Alongside Stripe’s launch of “Stripe Terminal” in Japan, which will enable seamless integration of online and in-store payments together with consolidated data management, NETSTARS will provide support for connection with PayPay in-store payments.
Going forward, NETSTARS will continue to work towards the expansion of cashless payments with Strip as an aggregation partner in the Japanese market, and will contribute to improvement of operational efficiency and increased sales for a wide range of business clients.
